1. About ManTag

ManTag is Windows software for supported Uniden radio scanners. It provides scanner monitoring, event logging, audio recording, playback, filtering, export and model-dependent features such as waterfall monitoring. Available functions depend on scanner model and connection method.

2. License

Subject to payment and these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ManTag for lawful purposes. The software, design, code and related materials remain the property of the supplier or their respective owners.

3. Plans and pricing

The prices below apply to ManTag SDS200E / SDS200.

Yearly — US$14.90/year. Recurring subscription, automatically renewed until cancelled. Future renewals can be cancelled using the subscription management link supplied with the purchase.

Lifetime — US$49.90 one-time payment. Lifetime means use of the purchased ManTag product license for the supported lifetime of that product. It does not transfer ownership of the software or guarantee perpetual compatibility with future operating systems, scanner firmware or third-party services.

Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on location.

4. Orders and Paddle

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Paddle processes payment, applicable sales taxes/VAT, receipts, subscription billing and order-related support. carheating s.r.o. remains the software supplier and provides product-related technical support.

5. Compatibility

ManTag is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Uniden. Uniden and Sentinel are trademarks of their respective owners. Scanner hardware, firmware, Windows, Dropbox, network conditions and other third-party products or services may affect functionality. Waterfall functionality is available with supported Uniden SDS200 / SDS100 scanners.

6. Acceptable use

You are responsible for using ManTag and your scanner in compliance with applicable law and radio-monitoring rules. You must not redistribute, resell or sublicense ManTag or use it to violate applicable law or third-party rights, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Updates and availability

Features may evolve as scanner firmware, Windows or third-party integrations change. We aim to keep ManTag functional but cannot promise uninterrupted operation in every hardware, network or third-party environment.

8. Warranty and liability

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the supplier is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of radio traffic, recordings, data or profits caused by scanner reception, hardware, operating-system, network or third-party failures.
