1. About ManTag
ManTag is Windows software for supported Uniden radio scanners. It provides scanner monitoring, event logging, audio recording, playback, filtering, export and model-dependent features such as waterfall monitoring. Available functions depend on scanner model and connection method.
2. Trial
ManTag 200 V1, ManTag x36 V1 and ManTag 125 V1 are available as free trials with up to 20 committed LOG calls per scanner ESN. Each trial uses the full application package; purchase is not required to download and evaluate it.
2A. License
Subject to payment and these Terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ManTag for lawful purposes. The software, design, code and related materials remain the property of the supplier or their respective owners.
3. Plans and pricing
ManTag is offered as a simple annual subscription at US$14.90/year for each supported ManTag edition.
Once launched, the annual subscription will renew automatically until cancelled. Future renewals can be cancelled using the subscription management link supplied with the purchase.
Applicable taxes may be added at checkout depending on location.
4. Orders and Polar
Our order process is conducted by Polar. Polar is the Merchant of Record for ManTag orders.
Polar processes payment, applicable sales taxes/VAT, receipts, subscription billing and order-related payment support. carheating s.r.o. remains the software supplier and provides product-related technical support.
5. Compatibility
ManTag is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Uniden. Uniden and Sentinel are trademarks of their respective owners. Scanner hardware, firmware, Windows, Dropbox, network conditions and other third-party products or services may affect functionality. Waterfall functionality is available with supported Uniden SDS200 / SDS100 scanners.
6. Acceptable use
You are responsible for using ManTag and your scanner in compliance with applicable law and radio-monitoring rules. You must not redistribute, resell or sublicense ManTag or use it to violate applicable law or third-party rights, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
7. Updates and availability
Features may evolve as scanner firmware, Windows or third-party integrations change. We aim to keep ManTag functional but cannot promise uninterrupted operation in every hardware, network or third-party environment.
8. Warranty and liability
Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the supplier is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of radio traffic, recordings, data or profits caused by scanner reception, hardware, operating-system, network or third-party failures.

Payments, subscriptions, cancellations and refunds
Payments for ManTag annual licenses are processed by Polar, which acts as the payment provider / Merchant of Record for the transaction. ManTag / carheating s.r.o. does not store or process full payment-card details.
The annual subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not normally terminate access for the already paid subscription period.
Billing disputes, cancellation requests and refund requests must be submitted through Polar. Refund eligibility is determined by Polar and by applicable consumer law. ManTag does not promise or advertise a general “no-questions-asked” refund policy.
A free trial of up to 20 logged calls is available before purchase so customers can check compatibility and basic operation with their scanner before buying.
If a payment is refunded, reversed or charged back, the right to use the corresponding paid ManTag license ends to the extent permitted by applicable law, even if a previously issued activation code or license key remains technically functional for some period of time.
