Refunds and cancellations
ManTag purchases are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests, payment-related cancellations and statutory withdrawal rights are handled by Paddle under its applicable buyer terms and refund policy, together with mandatory rights in your country.
Yearly subscriptions
The Yearly plan is US$14.90 per year and renews automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops future renewals. Access already paid for normally continues through the current billing period unless a refund or mandatory cancellation right applies.
Lifetime purchases
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment of US$49.90. Refund eligibility is determined under Paddle's applicable refund policy and mandatory consumer law.

Use the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your purchase confirmation email or Paddle buyer support. For ManTag technical issues, contact mantag@e-report.cz.
Consumer rights
This policy does not limit non-waivable statutory rights, including rights relating to software that is faulty, not as described or not fit for its stated purpose.
