ManTag annual subscriptions are sold and billed through Polar. Polar handles the payment transaction and is the primary contact for billing, cancellation and refund requests.

Before purchase, ManTag provides a free trial of up to 20 logged calls so you can test the relevant edition with your scanner.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewal. It does not normally create a refund for time already paid for or already used.

Refunds are not automatically granted simply because a customer changes their mind after purchase or activation. Any refund request must be submitted through Polar and is assessed under Polar's process and applicable consumer law.

Where applicable law gives you mandatory cancellation, withdrawal or refund rights, those rights remain unaffected.

If Polar refunds, reverses or charges back a payment, the associated paid right to use ManTag ends to the extent permitted by law. A previously issued activation code or license key remaining technically functional does not create a continuing paid-license entitlement.
