1. Controller

For data processed directly through mantag.eu or ManTag support, the controller is carheating s.r.o. Paddle processes checkout and transaction data under its own privacy terms as Merchant of Record.

2. Data we may process

We may process information you provide such as name, email, support messages, scanner/license information needed to provide the product, and technical information needed to diagnose support requests. The website may also process limited analytics and browser/device information.

3. Purposes

Data may be processed to provide and support ManTag, administer licenses and customer communication, improve the website and product, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

4. Analytics

mantag.eu uses Google Analytics to understand website usage. Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process browser, device, approximate location and interaction data. Where legally required, analytics use is subject to consent.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Paddle. We do not receive or store full payment-card details. Paddle may process billing, tax, payment and transaction information required to act as Merchant of Record.

6. Retention and sharing

We retain personal data only as long as reasonably necessary or legally required. We may use providers necessary for hosting, analytics, email/support, licensing or product delivery. We do not sell personal data.

7. Your rights
